To build and reinforce strong working relationships team members need to first understand their own behaviours. It is important to recognise what others experience when you are at your best and working effectively. It is also important to understand what others experience when you are not managing yourself well – when you’re stressed or frustrated or weary. This workshop will focus on personal understanding: what motivates you and what are your blind spots?  What behaviours have you developed that are serving you well and what ones need to be replaced with more effective approaches?

  • Understand your personality type: your strengths and your blind spots
  • Determine approaches to managing your blind spots
  • Recognise what motivates others with whom you need to work effectively
  • Develop strategies for building strong relationships with your colleagues and your manager
